Meet Olivia Aguinaga

With 16 years of experience in the dental field, Olivia Aguinaga has dedicated 15 of those years to working alongside the executive team.

Since the opening of CaliDental's first office in 2019, Olivia has been an integral part of the team, currently serving as the Special Projects Manager. She brings extensive expertise in supporting both office staff and leadership across operations, accounting, and revenue cycle management, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Known for her exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, Olivia consistently identifies and addresses challenges, driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Outside of her professional life, Olivia enjoys spending quality time with her three children, attending concerts, and cheering on the White Sox.
