Meet Jessica Liu, DDS
I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Canada and attended the University of Toronto for my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Physiology and Anthropology. I also attended Teacher's College at Columbia University for a Master of Arts degree, specializing in Health and Behavior studies. I attended the University of Louisville and earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine, and later continued my studies at Loma Linda University to specialize in Orthodontics and to earn my Master of Science degree.
Orthodontics has always been my dream job since I was a child. I am so lucky to be in a profession that gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. The most rewarding aspect of orthodontics is getting to know my patients and having the privilege of being part of their journey to increase their self-confidence and happiness in their smiles!
I am passionate about learning new techniques and improving my skills as an orthodontist to provide quality care to my patients. I regularly attend the local Academy of Orthodontic Excellence study club, and I am an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.
I enjoy spending my free time with my family. My favorite hobbies include baking desserts, deep-sea fishing, gardening herbs and vegetables, going to musicals, watching reality television, and exploring different cuisines.
